Within the framework of our expansion, we are looking for a: 

Responsibilities 

• Based in Shanghai, under the responsibility of the manufacturing Manager, you are responsible for monitoring and implementing process improvement actions for the plants. 
• You manage projects of continuous improvement and optimization on productivity, quality and costs, using tools and methods such as: Lean, SMED, 5S, etc. 
• You will Work on the implementation of the new ERP 
• You are the local link of the Group's technical and industrial management
• participate in the optimization of the manufacturing programs from the customer orders in collaboration with the planning and the area managers. 
• You propose corrective actions to correct the quality problems (internal, external, quality audits, etc.). 
• You assist design , estimator and methods services in order to improve the preparation of production files 

Requirement 

• You have an engineer degree and a significate experience in technical production environment (automotive, packaging, plastics, industry). 
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and/or Good Manufacturing Practice And successful project-based experience in the implementation of change are important strengths.
• You have excellent lytic production ability that allows you to interpret production data efficiently, understand problems and formulate possible solutions. You have excellent communicative skills: you listen to others, you show appreciation, you manage to build trust, you constructively promote visions and You give a specific feedback. 
• You are a real leader: motivating, with a positive attitude, accepted and respected, result-oriented, inspiring and no nonsense. 
• You are fluent in English and Chinese. French could be an advantage.
