Media Planning Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a media planning manager for our client-wine and spirit industry. This role will be based in Shanghai.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Support the identification of consumer connection points and development integrated communication strategy & plan

  • Assist line manager to identify consumer connection points for brand target audience and develop consumer connection objective and strategy
  • Planning jobs with brand team together to develop and integrate Media/Digital/CRM plans into brand plan and indicate budget allocation
  • Define /CRM KPI & Metrics for annual and campaign, also align with brand team, monitor and review
  • Stimulate brand team to develop most innovative and relevant contents to achieve brand/communication objective

IMC Management (Integrated Marketing Communication Management) & digital implementation

  • Develop & Implement IMC annual & campaign plan throughout the year
  • Oversee digital function daily work, including always on and campaign basis with full scale of paid media (traditional media, digital display media, search, Mobile, etc)
  • Optimize media/digital investment effectively through clear KPI setting and tracking, track plan delivery results and give performance reporting, identify issues & implication for improvement
  • Manage, supervise and evaluate performance of media & digital transversal agencies
  • Work with internal team to optimize plan implementation and KPI delivery
  • Management and supervision of digital assets include not limit to rich media display assets, content partnerships and website, social media initiatives (like wechat account, etc), to ensure in line with company portfolio strategy & principle
  • Assess and evaluate media/digital opportunities and various media vehicles to identify valuable brand communication & business points

Consumer & Competitor intelligence & Insights

  • Build up internal consumer connection intelligence and provide professional advice
  • Develop deep understanding to key competitor media/digital/CRM strategy and programs
  • Understand consumers consumer connection touch points & journey and generate insights to team
  • Assess training needs of brand team and organize customized training
  • Require external benchmark and media/digital/CRM market study from agency
  • Adapt and fores
  • ee media/digital/CRM trend to give innovations suggestion to brand team or company

New project initiatives

  • To be part of the team members for the company's new project initiatives as and when necessary

Requirements: 

  • Digital marketing manager in house or senior digital/media experienced person in agency
  • 6+ years experience in digital marketing & media area and full scale of work capability in traditional media and digital marketing
  • Prefer with traditional 4A agency background and have marketing foundation knowledge and experience
  • Strong insightful observation
  • Mature and very solid communication skills, good team worker
  • University degree and Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
