Responsibility Range:

Category Management:

• Select and manage the latest selection of regular items.
• According to the annual sectoral program category, to update the product structure and classification of the sub-sector responsible for, close to the customer demand structure as much as possible.
• Determine the logical price segment of the category in question (from the first price segment to the third price segment).
• Determine the number of shelves and the number of items necessary for the store to be displayed in the divisional department.
• Guarantee quality by managing the relevant licenses held by each supplier and referring to whether the goods meet the national official standards and the company's quality and safety policies.

Supplier Management:

• Maintain close and tiered contacts in accordance with Auchan's "Code of Ethics" in order to find products, negotiate purchase terms and guarantee contract execution.
• Arrange promotions according to seasonal changes in the market, require suppliers to provide promotional programs, and communicate with the store in a timely manner.
• Find new suppliers and terminate suppliers with poor cooperation.

Purchasing contract negotiations:

• Prepare each negotiation, reasonably set goals (data and quality aspects) and strategies, and measure results according to company requirements. Based on the negotiation measures and results of each supplier, the procurement strategy and objectives are continuously adjusted to achieve the overall goal of the negotiation.
• Analyze the contractual structure of each supplier and make a detailed and comprehensive comparison with the purchasing conditions of other suppliers of the same category.

Cost management:

• Marketing promotion and free gift management, timely distribution to stores.

Promotion management:

• Organization and tracking of seasonal promotions.
• National Poster: Obtain *** purchase conditions through negotiations to ensure the company's *** price positioning in the retail industry.
• National Promotional Activities: Send the event information to all stores two weeks before the national event, and share the preparation of the good store. After the completion, complete the summary report.
• Collaborative meeting:
• Share experiences and provide a wealth of information and support to help the store improve departmental performance.

QC:

• Collection management of all suppliers' licenses.
• Handling burst quality issues.
• Cooperate with the quality department to supervise suppliers.

Store Cooperation:

• Feedback on market and customer demand information in a timely manner. Allow to try.
• Share season activities, good promotions, new product promotion.

Listen to customer projects:

• Complete relevant monthly and annual projects.

ART products:

• Helping to develop new products that help assess the effectiveness of thumb and self-owned branded items, ensuring the effectiveness of both types of goods in all selected items.
• Communication and cooperation with horizontal departments:
• RT system information input team: Update catalogues, such as new product introduction, information feedback and update, timely notification of invalid product information. Procurement is responsible for the quality of the database information (including supplier information and product information).
• Finance Department: When the financial and supplier accounts have problems, the procurement is the communication bridge between the supplier and the Auchan financial department.
• Markets: National Commercial policy, and commodity price survey selected range of research.
• Logistics Department: Cooperate with logistics door to improve the arrival rate of the store and the efficiency of supplier delivery.
