Sales Assistant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare wine proposal and quotation according to the guideline from related sales people;
  • Assist sales person for wine information, presentation, stock report etc; 
  • Support sales for sales contract preparation and follow up;
  • Help Sales to collect order and forward to logistics department for order process;
  • Take care of sales report, sales volume and amount check for invoicing and collection;
  • Other tasks signed by related sale.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and above;
  • Working experience in sales assistant or other similar position is preferred;
  • Good at English in both reading and writing;
  • Good personality, team player, detail oriented.
