Job Description Job Description: 
Responsible for developing sales to trade channels, especially for developing new clients. 
Responsible for the development of commercial sales channels, especially the development of new customers. 
2. Take care of the existing customers and further develop more sales with hotels and restaurants, to have a close follow up with IHG, Shangri-la, Hilton and Starwood Hotels. 
Maintaining existing customers and expanding wine sales include restaurants and hotels to follow up and maintenance of the Intercontinental hotel, Shangri-La, Hilton and Starwood 
cooperation of the hotel. 
3. Manage payment collection of all the good examples of accounts efficiently 
4. Assist and coordinate in winery visits and marketing promotions. 
Assist and arrange winery visit programs and marketing activities. 
5. Lead sales team to develop wine sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy.
According to the company's national development plans and corporate policies to lead the team to expand sales of wine. 
6. Give necessary instructions to your team members to reach the sales target. 
Provide team members with the necessary guidance to accomplish sales goals. 
7. A team player in between different departments of the company. 
Teamwork with other departments in the company . 
8. Straightly report to Area Sales Manager. 
Report directly to Regional Sales Manager. 

Job Requirements: 
1. Above bachelor degree. 
Bachelor degree or above. 
2. Two years working experience in the relevant fields is preferred 
3. Has a good customer database is preferred . 
Have a good customer base is preferred. 
4. Has star hotel working experience is preferred. 
Experience with a star hotel is preferred . 
5. Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 
Vibrant and motivated, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
6. With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player. 
Outgoing personality, easy to get along with team spirit. 
7. Good English level is a must; good wine knowledge is a plus. 
Have good English listening and speaking skills and wine expertise.
