Job objective:
To serve as a sales manager in a designated province or region, responsible for all businesses in the region, including business development, sales target formulation, and customer relationship expansion.
Key Mission:
Develop and manage the business for the assigned City/Province. The selected Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for the business in his/her geography, including business development, setting revenue target, develop and expand the clients' network. Main
Responsibilities :
-Develop new customers vigorously in the designated area
-Manage local wholesalers and retailers network
-Complete the sales target of the region
-Expand the business of all channels
-Develop and execute marketing promotion plans
-Provide high-intensity sales training for customers' sales staff , to improve customer sales capabilities
- Manage and control local operating budgets.
- Provide quarterly reports on local markets
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop aggressively clients within the assigned territory.
- Manage the network of local wholesalers, retailers.
- Achieve the sales target set for territory.
- Expand the business throughout all available channels.
- Provide intensive training to clients sales staff and increase sales performance for each client.
- Liaise with Regional Business Office to set clear targets and execute Sales, Marketing and Promotion plan
- Provide quarterly report on market information
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of sales management experience in the wine or food industry in the region
- Familiar with local domestic and imported wine distributors, wholesalers and retailers
- Master the basic knowledge of wine and willing to learn
- Have excellent sales and Management Skills-
Motivation and willingness to exceed sales targets-
Strong initiative, motivation, reliability and business ethics-
Mature personality and strong leadership skills-
College degree or above- Good
command of English, both spoken and written-
Computer proficiency
Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 years' experience in the role of Sales Supervisor/Manager in the City/Province in the wine or food industry.
- Have extensive knowledge and contacts of local distributors, wholesalers and retailers for local and imported wines.
- Basic knowledge of wines and willing to learn.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Dynamic and willing to achieve or exceed targets.
- Have strong enthusiasm, ini tiative , reliability and follow business ethics
- Self-motivated, reliable and have ethical standard.
- College degree.
- Good command in English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
