Our client is a european trading company
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- The primary focus is to increase our sales, distribution, profit and improve our positioning in the market for all our brands.
- To increase distribution and sales around China, HK and Taiwan for all our brands
- To submit monthly reports of activity, sales, etc… to the Asia Pacific Manager
- To efficiently manage the marketing budgets assigned to the importers and distributors
- To visit regularly our importers, distributors and key accounts
- To conduct staff trainings, wine dinners, etc…
- To be proactive and to find new ways of promoting our brands in the market
- To implement actions, promotions, activities in the market following Brand guidelines according with Brand Plans supplied by the Asia Pacific Manager
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales manager / director roles in China in Beverage companies, preferably with Chilean and Spanish wineries.
- At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams
- Available to travel within China, HK, Taiwan and overseas.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (negotiation level). Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent organization and sales skills
