Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

• PR China Committee & Pilot Committee – providing subject matter expert support to project acceleration and new technology pilot in China market
• Build project governance framework from 3 dimension of process, system and reporting
• Support local and group digital initiatives pilot/implementation in China market by providing project management, like business case, master plan/key tasks, resource/cost management and project measurement
• PR Asia Rollout Committee – as COE for providing China knowledge, practice and resources to support project rollout in other markets
•  Share project concept, process and application in China
•  Understand local markets’ requirements, coordinate with China workstreams to provide advice/recommendation in different project implementation phasing
• Project Steering Committee – provide overall project management to support group “Connected Bottle” strategy and implementation
• Define and align digital strategy in China market and other project related markets
• Build validation framework for new initiatives assessment and facilitate decision making
• Update digital initiatives/progress and identify best practice for further development

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Expertise within Project Management principles and methodology
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation in English
• Strong problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently to gather, analyze, and organize data, define problems and requirements, and recommend solutions
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders, at all levels of the organization
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment under the direction of the Director
• Ability to influence and persuade others in the application and use of the established methodology and work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues within the group
