Trade Investment Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

To be the key person to optimize trade fund process and improve expense efficiency

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Trade Spending Process Owner and Spending compliance key controller
• Design, refresh and lead overall Trade Spending Process and ensure it’s alive/effective in daily business operation;
• Own and overall lead Trade Spending compliance with company policy and having in-time risk alert to management team prior to facts;
• Play as key contact with internal/external auditors.
• Trade Investment Strategy
• Develop overall Trade Spending Strategies via closely collaboration with each Channel Sales Heads and supervise execution accordingly.
• Other project support: TPM system

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher preferred in business related field
• Rich knowledge and thinking for FMGC business
• Minimum 8+ years experiences on field sales or trade fund management;
• Sound business analytical skills.

Technical/Functional Expertise:

• Capability of identifying DT opportunities and providing practical analysing as well as executional suggestions
• Good communication skill to support cross function cooperation;
• Strong and solid paper work skills.
• Capable of working with high stress and complicated situation.
• Proficient level of verbal and written English.
• FMCG/ Wine business experience would be a plus.
