Main Accountabilities Main responsibilities:

• Get to konw WS cost, margin, cash flow and effiency. 
• Learn first-hand data on dealer costs, profit, cash flow and operational efficiency. 
• Suggest on compensation model and conduct polit to better compensate WSs. 
• Suggested improvements to the current rebate model, and implement pilots in some regions to more effectively motivate dealers. 
• Update and Issue annual WS rebate policy. Update and release the annual dealer rebate policy. Coordinate WS Target Setting and Cascading. 
• Coordinate dealer target setting and tracking. 
• Control WS annual contract signing and uploading. 
• Control the dealer's annual contract signing and uploading. 
• Coordinate WS Rebate Settlement with BSC Team. 
• Coordinates dealer rebate settlement with BSC team. 
• Coordinate Exceptional WS Rebate Approval. 
• Coordinates exceptions for dealer rebate approval. 
• Propose special WS incentive plan.
• Propose a dealer incentive plan. 
• WS Compensation Management. 
• Dealer compensation management. 
• Help update I-invest System. 
• Helps update the investment management system.

Required Qualifications, Skills and other Requirements:

• Education 教育
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Experience 经验
• At least three years full time work experiences in FMCG industry, experiences in beverage & wine industry is preferred.
• WS Management, sales operation/RTM, or data analysis related experience are preferred.
• Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 （与工作相关）
• Good at communicating with WS and sales team.
• Good analytic skills and critical thinking.
• Experienced in PPT and Excel.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
