Summary of Positions:
He is responsible for the third-party platform operators (Lynx, Flycatcher, Jingdong ...) of Auchan Wine Cellar. According to the overall activity plan, he formulates the website promotion plan. Develop and manage promotional budgets based on business goals and activity plans.
Job description:
Third party platform:
- Maintaining good relationship with third party platform to ensure our visualization and promotion activities on the website;
- Coordinating website design;
- Responsible for achieving the business goal of third party platform: Turnover / Orders / Maori;
- Operations reports;
- Managing Lynx data, including data mining, data analysis and Lynx customer relationship management projects, to achieve higher sales;
Promotions:
- According to the department and the Auchan Wine Cellar annual promotion plan, tripartite platform promotional activities;
- for the best store locations and visualize rate on the platform;
- based on objectives and results, control and management promotion budget;
- the support of the supply chain team, to ensure adequate inventory;
- according to Auchan SP , Control of third-party platform SPs;
- promotion of banner and design;
products:
- management of products on third party websites with the support of other teams;
- management of inventory based on product turnover rate;
- improvement of our product website search engine optimization ;
customer service:
- track customer feedback and comments;
- action to increase customer satisfaction;
Requirements:
- Experience: 2--3 years of operating experience Lynx, Lynx operational tools to understand, have experience in multi-cultural work environment;
- Education: Bachelor degree or above;
- Age: limited;
- qualities: strong Self-control, love e-commerce, passionate, decisive, good at communication, strong anti-stress ability;
- Business ability: Software;

Summarize:
He is the manager of the Market places operations (TMALL, FEINIU, ...), he defines the promotion plan in line with auchanwines general promotion plan. He manages the promotional budget according to our Business objectives, and negotiates the promotion activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Market Places:
- In permanent contact with Market places category managers, he built a strong relationship with them in order to increase our visibility and define our promotions activities;
- He coordinates the market places design;
- He is in charge to achieve our target: TO / Orders quantities / Margin;
- He set the operation reporting;
- He Manage the Tmall database, including data mining, data analysis and work out the strategy of Tmall CRM program to generate more sales;
Promotion:
- He built the yearly promotion plan in line with Auchanwines, and ebusiness promotional plan;
- He negotiates the best location, and visibility for each activity;
- of He Manages His Promotional Budget ACCORDING The Objectives and Results;
- of He Prepares The Stock for All Activities with The Support of Procurement Team;

Qualification:
- Good experience in TMALL flag ship store operation;
- Knowledge of all Tmall tools;
- Working experience in multi-cultural environment;
- 2/3 years experiences in TMALL operation
- Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint);
- Wine Knowledge Will BE A PLUS;
- Self-Starter WHO IS Capable of Working both autonomously and collaboratively;
