Job Title:	Senior PR & marketing executive
Department:	Auction
Location:	China (Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Shanghai)
Reporting To:	CEO, Auction
Position Summary

Drive ongoing marketing and PR activities for a newly established Hong King-based fine wine auction house  including development and execution of a strategic marketing plan.  Identify and build relationships with key media and influencers across China, Hong Kong and abroad.

PR & External Communications

• Develop and execute an aggressive PR plan, best leveraging relationships with media and influencers to driv e coverage and awareness of the company.  
• Create and implement a social media calendar covering Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and other channels. 
• Work with client relationship and design teams to prepare and execute regular client emailers and maintain up to date mailing lists. 
• Implement initial SEO strategy and ensure website content is updated regularly, in accordance with SEO strategy.

Paid Advertising

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns throughout the year to build awareness and drive conversion; monitor performance and analyse results. 
• Work alongside SEM agency to create, execute and monitor performance of paid search and social media campaigns and develop further opportunities with them.

Auction Events

• Arrange and execute, with the support of the client relationship team, regular auction events and drive media awareness around these events
• Collaborate on the creating an event that delivers great client experience. 

Functional Responsibilities

• Oversee the design team and all photography requirements ahead of and during auction events.
• Responsible for setting the tone for the client perception of the company by delivering communications that align with the brand ethos.
• Leverage resources at hand to create content, working closely with the design team.
• As required, assist and work with other departments within the company.

學歷要求
學士學位或以上。葡萄酒教育或認證加分。 有葡萄酒的相關工作體驗。 認識針對葡萄酒市場的媒體和影響者，與高淨值個人客戶的相關渠道。 熟悉SEO原則和最佳實踐，擁有實施經驗。 曾與高淨值人士進行溝通和維持關係加分。 良好人際關係和溝通技巧，團隊導向，積極主動的問題解決者，注重細節。 出色的組織能力，與各種媒體互動的能力。 流利的英語和普通話，粵語加分。 熟練掌握分析工具。
