WINE SALES ASSISTANT FOR ASIAN MARKET (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

We are a French wine company and an important player of the wine market in China. We are looking for a bilingual sales assistant to join our team in Shenzhen.

Our group own two prestigious estates in the south of France and one merchant company which produce 6 million bottles every year included 2 Million bottles export to China.

The new team member will be in our office in Shenzhen ideally located in Futian – HUAQIANGBEI, in a very well-equipped share office composed by 10 people, also it will be a few business trips in China Mainland and HK organize all year long.

She/He will be the assistant to our Asia area director and will have weekly interaction with the French office.

Missions:

• Prospect new contact in Asia
• Participate to the meeting with Chinese customers.
• Fill in the CRM software.
• Assist the creation of new labels with designer and clients.
• Assist the negotiation.
• Follow up client payment.
• Follow up the delivery of export document.
• Animate the social network.
• Participate to international Fair in Asia.

Profile:

• Fluent in English or French, with a master's degree in trade or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in the international trade with foreign company.
• Good relationship and business skills.
• Cheerful personality.
• Cantonese and/or Japanese will be appreciated
• Experience in wine industry and/or bottling industry and/or printing industry.
• Personal interested in the wine and French culture.
