Customer Representative (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Description of Job:

• Responsible for the sales of the company's products in Shenzhen's non-ready-drink channels, and establish and maintain a good working relationship with all designated stores.
• Complete the monthly and annual goals set by the supervisor.
• According to the visit plan, regular visits to the responsible customers are provided to provide customers with quality services.
• Ensure that the company's core brand has a good display position and sufficient exposure in the store it is responsible for.
• Ensure that all the stores responsible for selling the company's core brand.
• Seek new potential stores for the further development of the company's core brand.
• Monitor and report the retail price information of all stores to management.
• Monitor and report to management the activities of competitors, including prices, promotions and organizational changes.
• Provide effective feedback on all relevant business information to management.
• Ensure that promotions are carried out in a timely and effective manner within budget.
• Work assigned by other supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in business/marketing or related majors.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a fast moving consumer goods company.
• Understand marketing and finance.
• Learn about imported wines and spirits.
• Good negotiation skills, personal sales skills, planning skills, presentation skills, organizational analysis skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.
