Job Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement sales 50%:
Consistently achieve or exceed the monthly sales target and assigned KPIs, as directed by Boutique Manager
Maximize sales potential by ensuring that each client encounter at Boutique and Salon-is exceptional, from greeting/acknowledging every individual; by maintaining outstanding standards of storytelling; by demonstrating solid brand/product/service knowledge-before, during and after sales Services, excellent oral skills, solid brand, product and service knowledge expand potential sales opportunities
Adapt sales approach at Boutique and Salon according to individual client needs and motivations, in order to upsell
Negotiate and handle objections/difficulties/demands with finesse in order to ensure the closing of a sale/upsell
Command the respect of Clients by being on top of HNWI trends and industry/competitors news, in order to lead client to discover dormant purchasing needs Understand the trend of high net worth people, industry and competitor information, lead customers, and tap potential purchase needs
Client Relationship Management 30%
Develop new Clients and cultivate existing relationships through exceptional service/CRM Develop new clients and cultivate existing relationships through exceptional service/CRM
Collaborate with Boutique Manager and Tasting Officers to develop and implement plans to support/participate with on/off-premise events and activities Plan and support various activities together with store managers and tasting officers
Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing Brand tools Use brand tools to accurately obtain customer data for effective follow-up
Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management
Daily Operations 15%
Comply strictly with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure exceptional standards for cleanliness/hygiene, tidiness/order and safety/security Strictly abide by all SOPs to ensure that the store is clean, tidy and safe
Comply strictly with all SOP to rigorously ensure accurate order-taking, goods/service presentation/packing, cash/credit transactions, record-keeping and data input Strictly abide by SOP to ensure that the transaction operation meets the requirements and the data is accurate
Undertake daily duties including but not limited to set-up/breakdown; repairs/maintenance; merchandizing/display; stock/inventory count
Responsible for opening, closing, maintenance, purchasing, display, inventory calculation, etc.
Undertake ad-hoc/special duties as assigned by Boutique Manager to support audits, special events, new pricing, new displays and any other Boutique-related matters. Other temporary or special tasks arranged by the store manager, such as support audits, special event support Wait

Requirements:
Education Education: University Degree of Preferred undergraduate
Language skills :
Fluent Mandarin in listening, writing and oral
Average English listening, writing and oral preferred
Professional Experience :
Minimum 2-years of experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail industry or in Food & Beverage or Wine & Spirits industry at least two years working experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail , food and beverage or wine industry
General knowledge of alcohol and Cognac
Core Competencies :
Well-groomed with international exposure
Passion in retail and good sense in luxury lifestyle Passionate in the retail industry, understand the luxury lifestyle
Must be a good team player, pleasant, service, oriented with good communication skills and luxury service skills
MS Office experience required understand basic computer operation
