- Inventory the available stock in China
- Prepare the business trip for the salers

- Make some administrative tasks
1. Assistance Managers maintain good relationship with domestic customers in China to establish lasting contact;
3. Data update and maintenance for all sales management forms
4. Assist manager in drafting, filing and managing daily business documents, arranging and recording foreign trade meetings;

- Fluent in writing and speaking English, French is a plus.
