Job Information:

• Participate in store management and cooperate with the implementation of various marketing strategies of the company;
• Supervise the request, delivery and replenishment of commodities, and do a good job in acceptance inspection, commodity display, commodity quality and service quality management, etc .;
• Supervise the management of the loss of goods in the store, and grasp the scale of the loss of goods;
• Supervise the cleanliness and fire safety management in the store;
• Properly handle all kinds of contradictions in customer complaints and service work;
• Making reports and docking company matters;
• Complete the monthly sales task issued by the company.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years or more retail sales experience in retail industry
• Cheerful personality, good at communicating with people, with good affinity, teamwork, communication skills and business negotiation skills, able to do good customer relationship management
• Have a high sense of work responsibility, proficient in team management, customer management, commodity management, display management and logistics distribution
